Refund policy
Store credit only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Another Vice within 10 days of the purchase in the same condition as received and with the original receipt! A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Damages or issues must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your package. No Returns on Jewelry, Sale items, or Holiday items! Original Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items, prior to wearing items, must be reported with the original tags attached!

Exchange Items
If you receive your items and wish to exchange them for a different size, no problem! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please mail your item(s) back with original packing slip noting what size you would like us to send you back out. Once we receive your returned items, items must be inspected upon arrival to confirm they meet the return conditions. We will email you an invoice for shipping and send out the new size.
